Although Japan has dropped four spots since 2021, it is still a highly influential country. With the top three in entrepreneurship and fourth in cultural influence, Japan has a lot to offer. Australia is the 7th country overall, down two spots since 2021. The country has dropped to 5th in agility and 9th in perceived quality of life and social purpose, but is in the top 10 in areas such as happiness, landscape and security. The UK ranks 8th overall, scoring high on entrepreneurship at 4th and power at 5th. It is also considered one of the best countries for education and is among the most influential nations.

France is considered one of the top destinations for travelers, with its rich culture, beautiful landscapes and centuries of history. New Zealand is ranked 11th overall in the 2018 Quality of Living Index, down four spots since 2021. New Zealand has been considered the most beautiful and friendliest country in the world for years, as well as ranking first among countries seen as friendly and welcoming.

The Netherlands ranks 12th overall among the most advanced countries in the world. The country is known for its top ranking in gender equality, racial equity, and quality of life. Norway is ranked 13th overall. Norway ranks second for social purposes and number 2 for concern for the environment.

Italy is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. With its rich culture, attractive architecture and ancient ruins, it’s no wonder that Italy is visited by millions of people every year. It ranks 14th overall on the list and number 1 in heritage and cultural influence.

Finland is a northern European country with a population of approximately 5.5 million. Finland ranks 15th overall in the World Happiness Report. The country ranks 6th in quality of life and is considered the best country in transparency.
